Cathie Ball BA (Hons), D.Hyp, D.CBH, MNLP , Intermediate Contemporary Pyschotherapy.
Cathie works with both corporate clients and individuals and has built a strong reputation as an empathetic, supportive and caring coach and therapist. She has a tremendous passion for helping people achieve positive and sustainable change whether through coaching or hypnotherapy.
Cathie has extensive experience as an executive, management and career coach and is also an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and a qualified psychotherapist. Her original background is in industry where she worked for over 20 years with a number of blue chip multinationals gaining valuable experience in business strategy, problem solving and facilitation. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources and European HR Director. Her main area of specialisation was in psychological assessment, coaching, and developing personal and organisational talent.
Cathie trained with the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH) firstly in clinical hypnotherapy and then in cognitive behavioural therapy (obtaining a distinction). She is a graduate of CoachU, a leading global coaching organisation, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a qualified Master NLP Practitioner, an accredited career coach, a qualified contemporary psychotherapist (trained with the highly respected Beeleaf Institute in London),and is also qualified in psychometric assessment. Cathie is a member of the International Coaching Federation, which mandates rigorous standards for training and demonstrated expertise in the field of professional coaching. In addition, she is a member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy and the British Society for Clinical Hypnosis and abides by their professional codes of conduct. In addition, she is a registered NHS Provider and has full professional indemnity and liability insurance.
